A permanent founder house and live-in accelerator at Asaya, a beachfront campus in Mirissa on Sri Lanka's south coast. There's no 12-week programme and no graduation: founders move in and stay as long as they're building, with weekly check-ins, quarterly demo days and two in-house pre-seed funds — Fulgur (Bitcoin) and Curious Ventures (consumer AI and Web3) — that can write the first check.

Ârc ran pop-ups in Lisbon (Sep–Oct 2024), Austin (Mar 2025) and Singapore (Sep–Oct 2025) and spent eighteen months at Network School in Malaysia from April 2025 before choosing Sri Lanka as its first permanent home. It also works with governments on special economic zones
