A 15-day, 100-resident pop-up city in North Goa, organised by Common Compute and timed to lead into Devcon 8 in Mumbai. The first week is 'Inside Work': philosophy, consciousness, Vedanta, and a women's circle. The second week is 'Outside Interface': sovereign local AI, post-quantum cryptography (including Ethereum's migration path), and an open hardware library of robotics, drones and sensing. There is a rest day in the middle. Every partner contributes a working piece of the city rather than sponsoring it: Drona Aviation, Artificer Asia, Wonderland Goa as the residency house, and Moon Festival running the opening and closing ceremonies and the night culture track.
