Coliving Conference & Coliving Awards

Nomad event upcoming London, United Kingdom October 14–15, 2026 at Hoxton Docks, London (4th edition), with the Coliving Awards ceremony the following evening

A two-day global industry event for the shared-living sector, connecting coliving operators, entrepreneurs, investors and researchers through keynotes, panels and workshops. The Coliving Awards, running since 2021, are held the evening after the conference and recognise operators, designs, community initiatives and emerging leaders. Industry-facing rather than a nomad festival, but the main meeting point for the coliving operators nomads stay with.
