Devon Zuegel's planned permanent town on 266 acres of former industrial land in Cloverdale, Sonoma County — the long-term home the Edge Esmeralda pop-ups prototype. The revised plan includes ~605 homes (405 market-rate units plus 200 senior units), a 200-room hotel with event space, retail, and 168 acres of open space. It is in the city's entitlement process amid resident pushback over water, contamination, and environmental review, with a possible ballot fight looming.
