A 16-storey 1908 building at 995 Market St, San Francisco, converted into a permanent 'vertical village' of themed floors housing labs for AI, crypto, biotech, neuroscience, longevity, deep tech, human coordination and arts. Members pay citizenship fees and eight floors are being converted to co-living residences. It bills itself as the first node of an inter-city network state and hosts pop-ups including Viva Frontier Tower.

Operated by Berlinhouse Society, a branch of Deep Ink Ventures; a permanent venue that grew out of the pop-up city movement.
