Hiroshima Setouchi Nomad Fest
A three-week workation festival across the Setouchi Inland Sea, built so remote workers can join for a single week or the whole run. The 2026 edition splits into a Hiroshima city programme (October 11–25) and a Matsuyama retreat week (October 25 – November 1), under the theme 'Yohaku' — the Japanese idea of deliberate blank space. Days keep work hours free and fill the margins with bilingual skill-shares, cultural experiences with local residents such as calligraphy and mizuhiki cord-craft, and excursions around the islands. The first edition in 2025 drew over 490 participants from 57 nationalities.
Founded 2025 by Shoko Hirose and the Digital Nomads Hiroshima community; digital-nomad festival lineage rather than Zuzalu, closest in kind to Colive Fukuoka and Bansko Nomad Fest
