Hoppin House
A coliving and coworking house on a quiet residential street in Yeonnam-dong, a few minutes' walk from Hongdae. It doubles as the physical hub for Digital Nomads Korea, a 2,000-member community that meets there weekly, so the house functions less as accommodation than as the landing point for remote workers arriving in Seoul. Rooms come with shared kitchens, terraces and 24/7 access; weekly lunches and dinners work through the neighbourhood's restaurants. Run by Hoppers, which also operates the Hoppin workation series in Busan and Jeju and partners with city governments across Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
