A self-described network state that raised $525M to build a tech-forward city for crypto, AI, energy, and biotech, claiming 151,000+ 'citizens' from 80 countries as of January 2026. In 2025 it announced 'Atlas', a proposed city at Vandenberg Space Force Base, and founder Dryden Brown has spoken of a non-US city as well — but as of mid-2026 nothing has been built and membership remains effectively a waitlist.
