A month-long pop-up city for remote workers, founders and builders, based at 4Seas in Chiang Mai's Nimman district under the banner "People, Purpose, Possibility". The programme mixes community and culture with work: weekly Muay Thai, temple and elephant-sanctuary trips, Yi Peng and Loy Krathong (Nov 24–25), and a demo day to close the month. It deliberately overlaps Chiang Mai's crowded November, with Zuzalu Longevity Month and ETHChiangmai running alongside.
